Born in Melbourne, Australia although I was raised between Melbourne and Chicago, Illinois.
At a young age, I was faced with chronic health illnesses due to a Spinal Cord Injury. This left me unable to do things I once loved such as venturing out into the ocean. Due to this, I fell in love with photography and how I was able to capture the same feelings I once experienced from a different perspective. Ever since then, I have dedicated time to learning and practising approaches to photography. I recently graduated from RMIT University where I studied a Bachelor of Arts in Photography.
I am currently employed as the Digital Engagement Officer for RMIT University's Sports Department. In this capacity, my responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, including managing RMIT Sport's social media accounts (@RMITSport, @RMITBigV, @RMITBball, @Redbackspod), content creation, analysing post data, graphic design, managing media interns and students, meeting with sponsors, live streaming games and engaging with sports players...just to name a few.
In addition to my role at RMIT, I also undergo freelance media work, offering services such as photography, videography, graphic design, and more.
On top of my media work, I also take part as an advocate and spokesperson for children and teens living with spinal cord injuries. I preach vulnerability and see it as a strength and hence try to combine it with my media business and the content I create.
I would love to share my passion with you, whether that is by taking photos or creating content for you!
If you are interested in purchasing any printed images or working together to bring your photography dreams to life, please send me an email or DM on Instagram and I will get back to you as soon as possible!
